This is commonly caused by alcohol, drug and smoking abuse as well as lack of physical activity and unhealthy eating. All living forms, in one or the other form, require water for their metabolic activities. It plays a vital role in our body and it is impossible to imagine the existence of an individual without it.

Now a days we are under Gadget addiction, what is a gadget addiction? it is too much of gadget usage that it starts interfering with our daily routine.
